COUNSELLING

Counselling offers a way to work through the current issues and past hurts that constrain us in living our lives the way we would like.  It is an opportunity to understand ourselves better, and make positive changes in how we feel about ourselves and our lives.

Counselling is useful for individuals, couples, and families who are facing difficulties.
It is a confidential and respectful environment in which to discuss and explore feelings and thoughts safely.

Counselling can be used for dealing with a wide range of issues, including: relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, sexuality, abuse, anger, trauma, grief, loss, difficulties adjusting, and more.

Emerge Counselling & Self Development offers an integrative style of counselling which draws on Rogerian Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Metaframeworks Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and other modalities as required.

To enquire about counselling or to make an appointment, please call (09) 836 1038 or email on emergecounselling@ihug.co.nz
